Exploring The Energy Behind Symptoms

image

I painted this when I was young, maybe close to 10-12 years old. It happened sparatically after my grandmother lead me through the sensations I was experiencing. She practiced and used to receive Reiki. As an adult, I would describe it as a Shamanic experience or vision quest.

I had a high fever from the flu. This painting is a rendering of how the energy felt in my body at the time. This painting is special to me, as it marks my first experience being aware of the subtle energies related to sickness that can be felt as “densities” in the energy system.

This has led me to ask more questions about the universe, humanity and sickness as I grew up. I eventually learned that this was a form of remote viewing. The data is contextual and hyperdimensional. We gain access to this subtle flirting with our conciousness when we clear our minds of the constriction held there.

It was a defining moment for me, as my grandmother encouraged me to explore the fear there instead of resigning from it. This has formed the basis for my awareness practice. It also brought me to a new understanding of disease and trauma.

When I look at this painting today, it clearly resembles an aomeba-like form. The colors were intended to be a muddy, redish brown to resemble the congestion and heat I was experiencing.

There was another energetic “form” I was experiencing, that I am well aware of even today if I get sick. It felt like a heavy weight that consumed my whole body. Even at that age, I compared it to a massive mound of clay that was dumped on top of me, weighing me down. Pushing against this clay resulted in resistance – the resistance to my healing.

As my grandmother was leading me through this Shamanic passage into higher awareness, I began exploring that dense pressure instead of fighting it.

This experience may have helps the sickness clear up. That part I do not remember. However, the event struck a realization in me that had to be documented. Even as this watercolor painting was in process, I was feeling those sense energies in my body, even after I was well. The process enlivened me.

What do you see in the painting?
Do you ever just stop and feel?

Confronting Resistance

I would like to share a story to provide some insight into how I gain awareness through my psychic intuition, and how the manifestation of symbolic archetypes play a role…

So.. Monday night I was up late and just before bed, I had a thought flash into my head. It’s always random, maybe peculiar at times and typically I’m not aware of what it means until it is manifest in the physical.

I was remembering a scene from the movie “Signs” (symbolic much?) when Mel Gibson confronts his wife, who is pinned to a tree by a car. The pressure was keeping her alive long enough for them to speak. As a result, he lost his faith in God for taking his wife away.

Remembering this particular scene was a bit odd and morbid but, I began some self inquiry. It was showing up for some awareness to be gained. So I began pondering..

If I knew I was going to die, who would I desire to speak with and why? How would they handle losing me? How would they receive me when I have no choice?

This aspect of being “pinned down”..
How would it feel to be restrained?
Where am I restrained in my life?

This obviously kept me up for some time. I decided to set my alarm to wake me up to something positive, so I chose the song, “It’s A Beautiful Morning” by The Rascals.

Upon waking, I remembered how weird it was to have that thought out of nowhere, but I carried on with my day. I disconnected from obsessing over it (this is important) as I had work to do.

My Moralz EP was supposed to be mastered by now, but my engineer flaked and I was having an emotional upset over it. The overlay to these feelings was:

“I can’t get anything done unless I do it myself! Why won’t anyone help me? Is anyone hearing me? It seems I can’t count on anyone!”

This was the energy, or the measurement I was taking, about myself at the start of the day. Not to be bothered, I had some coffee and procrastinated a bit before deciding to head out to lunch on my skateboard.

I skated 3 blocks up to my corner about to make a right on Venice, when the Archetype appeared..

A girl with no legs, also riding a skateboard! She was pushing her self with her hands.

She was going the same direction as me and the whole time I’m skating behind her, I was gaining an awareness of everything I needed to learn and accept in order to move on from my procrastination.

First thing I noticed was the obvious..

Last night’s obsession wasn’t so much about the fear of death as much as it was about lack of motility due to uncontrollable circumstances.

I began feeling guilty for having legs when she didn’t, and so I kept behind her until I reached Lincoln blvd. I wouldn’t skate past her as I felt this would make her upset.

The awareness gained there was..

Only we are responsible for how we move through periods of difficulty and we are not responsible for how others view their own.

Here’s this girl who makes it out of her house with no legs and still gets on a skateboard, while I’m sitting around my house feeling bad about someone else’s behavior, ultimately getting in the way of my progress when I still have complete mobility in my body.

The legs in the body represent motor action – putting our passion to work. This is why my higher self was resonating with a disconnect from the lower half of the body. This may also be connected to my desire to have a supportive female counterpart in love and sex.

I realized, yet again, that the monkey mind will have you perusing thoughts of self annhiliation before it let’s you continue with your work. You’d convince yourself its better to die than reveal your true nature.

Resistance stems from a fear of exposure… How will I be judged once my art is exposed? I thought of the Christ Archetype as a resonator regarding this fact: To radiate your truth regardless of what the circumstances are.

A true artist is present to the processional aspects of life and endulges in the joy of capturing the present moment. This is also the process of self awareness. This I learned from adopting the Buddha nature and practicing Tonglen (present moment awareness).

It IS how it IS because it IS!

I can make excuses why I am keeping myself from my work and blame others, or I can listen to the message brought forth by the Archetype, the girl with no legs..

How I percieve my life is how it will be and I am the only one responsible for that disposition. How others perceive me is of no importance. Their reaction to me is an awareness of themselves, as it is for me.

The best any of us can do, is show up to the circumstances of life and be authentic to it.

And So It Is!

Alas, I went home feeling inspired and mastered 4 tracks in 5 hours. This is something I could have completed a month ago, had I not given into my resistance by letting someone else take me for a ride. And while I have a life to live, its probably best I live it for myself then for the approval of others.

Keep on skating!

Reactivity Protocol

When we are in a problem set, we cannot see the solution. It seems to be outside of us. To escape the loop of suffering, we must suspend the notion of an external threat – to become aware that the physio-emotional experience resides within our own being.

This is not to say that there is never an external threat. But rather, acknowledging that all sensation arises from within – always.

Claiming responsibility for our own reactivity, making it still through our awareness by simply seeing it “as is”, releases the constriction in mind.

We can always drop the story and follow the feeling.

Take 1 breath deeply and slowly, directing the airflow into the ribcage. Then claim this statement out loud (preferable) or in your mind, “This is how I feel right now.” Then, Note the level of intensity from 1-10, 10 being extremely upset.

This is how you claim responsibility for the feeling you are having by directing your attention to the body which calms the mind.

Continue to breath this way as you proceed to take a moment to scan your present environment. A majority of the time the physio-emotional life-event, that initially instigated your upset, has already passed and the perceived threat resides only in mind. Realizing there is no current threat to your body calms the nervous system.

Then ask the question out loud (preferable) or in your mind, “Now how do I feel?” Take a new #, noticing the intensity of your upset has decreased.

It always decreases if you follow these steps.

The active mechanism in this practice is realizing the downshift, from upset to serenity, regardless of how slight.

To complete the exercise, immediately shift your attention to something else. It can be completely random and arbitrary. It would be most beneficial to choose an activity that includes physical discharge. Maybe you go for a walk, wash the dishes, run an errand, complete a task or simply take a nice bath. Regardless of the action, the active mechanism here is the immediate shift into a different activity.

What was once believed to be an unknown force, residing outside of your grasp, now becomes an internalized cauldron of alchemical fire – extinguishing false notions of the limited self, resulting in a radiant array of clear, right-minded disposition to the object of interest.

Suicide Bomber & The T-Cell

Viewing this supports my postulate that war is an archetype of our biology and the two are inextricably linked and in partnership through evolutionary development. Our biological defense systems are deeply engrained in our DNA, much to the extent that they act autonomically in order to sustain our existence.

We may consider the biological function of the T-cell as having the same mechanism as a suicide bomber – self-sacrifice for a purpose. There is only a difference in intent. In our consensual perspective, we agree with T-cells and their purpose. We aim to sustain them. They serve a personal agenda. This still holds true for the bomber, does it not?

Each of us as individuals may carry a different interpretation of the reality, yet we cannot deny that we all have the same organism. In addendum, the external environment works synergystically with the internal machinations of the organism and represents the end result of all of our collective efforts.

Consciousness, on all levels, has the power to sustain patterns, holding concepts, temporarily manifested as form in the reality, as the movement of time continues to unfold. This offers the opportunity for attunement, making corrections as we go, with the intent to refine what we have made in order to serve the whole of existence.

As we live in the natural environment, through our attempts to control it and eachother, we modulate it. In doing so, our body must change in order to cope. How we interpret these changes determines our actions towards the environment. As we create the world around us, we also create our bodies and the construct of our society.

Conversely, the earth also modulates as it moves through the universe. In doing so, we can assume this augments our biology as well, if but only very subtly over a long period of time, for matter is the result of energy moving from the subtle to the gross. It is at this juncture we may also consider how our biological development changes our perception.

The immune system is in the office of interfacing with the environment, as is the nervous system. Anything foreign to the organism may be classified as threatening, activating the sympathetic defense response. This resource is only accessible through loss of some other capacity. In the temporal domain, we may ponder, what resources might we be loosing by sustaining ideas that merit no value for the whole, especially when we bring these ideas into action like that of the suicide bomber?

Just as one sacrifices his body for an unsustainable idea, resulting in an action, do we not treat our bodies harshly when we judge ourselves? Do we not sacrifice the potential for relationship when we treat another harshly? When we deem them threatening in our mind? Do we not aim to control others out of fear that our story may not be true? How much of our economy must go into defense budgets, that support the weaponizing of our world, before we realize that killing people is not sustainable to our existence? And how indifferent must we be in order to see eachother equally?

All of this should go without saying and there are obviously potential threats to our physical safety that exist in this volatile environment we have created for ourselves in the modern world. Our biological defense systems were necessary for our survival before we developed the conscious capacity to reside within nature holistically and with eachother through acceptance. Yet more often than not, what we classify as threatening resides in our temporal reality, where the threat is aimed at the ego –  an idea that resides in consciousness.

Through my research in trauma energetics, I’ve come to the understanding that the major thing separating us from the wild animal kingdom is a highly developed cerebral cortex. We also share the reptilian brain stem, where these autonomic mechanisms reside, although animals are more resilient in their motion from engagement with an environmental threat and back into homeostasis. For us, the culprit resides in our thinking mind where we sustain and act upon concepts that do not serve the whole. Even worse, what we are thinking may not even exist in the reality.

I have also learned that the nervous system will encapsulate traumatic experiences that manifest as holding patterns in the tissues of the body. Our energy system becomes un-regulated and we act out erratically. In the end, we become how we perceive each other and the result is the world we have created together.

When the internal frustration within any nervous system has been supressed for some time, a critial mass is reached and discharge becomes evident. If this energy is not guided by conscious compassion, the human being will react like the animal it is.

I postulate that as the human being develops the capacity to soften the membrane between the environment and the idea of the self, and the societal complexes formed in the process, we may evolve to the point to where we no longer need a nervous system. What will our bodies be like when we no longer polarize ourselves from what is natural?

Our personal boundaries will become expanded to where we no longer fear the embrace of something different in our space. Our minds will be open to resolution instead of remaining fixated on unsustainable ideas. And our hearts will be open to forgiveness. We will have learned to assimilate and forget. And in our motion towards the new now we will embrace what is possible, in the moment when we are there!

And so it is!

Healing As a Crutch

Healing is about changing your perspective on what is possible. You’re limited judgement brought on your suffering in the first place. If you aren’t willing to see things differently, then you will remain fixated on your current state and you will carry this with you until you decide otherwise.

If you decide to carry this legacy of pain with you, it will convolute the matrix of your being. How you perceive yourself will become distorted and so the way you interpret sense data will be incongruent to the reality. Under this pyshio-emotional condition, your reactions may be also be falsely asserted upon others. This infects them with the same mind parasite you suffer from.

You must become aware of your tendency to react in order to re-calibrate your nervous system to the environment. Violence at any level is the result of emotions not being properly digested, accepted and discharged. Your stories are merely holding patterns that prevent you from doing so. This is the basis for trauma energetics.

It must also be reinforced that as long as one remains in a state of healing, that individual will continue to remain constricted from doing their work. Healing is just as much a crutch as an addiction to a substance. Once you allow yourself to change you must move swiftly to a new idea. You are to shed the ways of the old and don’t look back! We don’t steer the boat by looking at the wake.

Yet some people don’t want to heal. They would rather hold on to their wounds and talk about their past because this is familiar to them. It grounds them to something they can hold onto. If they are accepted by others, then they can be accepted by the whole of society. The irony is everyone feels this way. No one wants to be judged. Everyone wants to be accepted.

Those who succeed crucify themselves to their fear. They represent themselves honestly without worry that their peers will judge them. In my conscious exploration here on this planet, I work to be one of those people. I do not fear upsetting those who refrain from practicing the conscious awareness work necessary in order to self realize their tendency to react to information when it brings up uncomfortable emotions.

If we are to defeat codependency in the polarity process of reality, we must all be the mirror to each other and not supplicate ourselves for someone else’s comfort. You are not capable of that anyway. The suffering they are experiencing is due to their own lack of awareness and your notion that you can change that for them is your own dis-ease and lack of understanding.

Someone else’s reaction to the information you present is never your responsibility, no matter who it is, no matter what the content of the message. You are only responsible for clearing your own negative charges so stop putting it off and get to work!

With that said, it may be clear to you now that telling others to “wake up” is self-defeating. If you were “awake” you would already understand that your suffering, and all the reasons you concocted to prevent yourself from changing, were your creations and thus, your responsibility to correct by becoming right-minded. We become right-minded by realizing we created it all and if we created it, we can change it because change is what we are!

By remaining in mourning and hesitating to make adjustments we abide by fear and we hold on to our emotional poison. The result of this fear will reveal more attempts by government to control the populace. In fact, we created government as a result of denying our innate power to use our own free will to govern ourselves. If our relationship to government isn’t sustainable, we can change it by embracing a new idea.

Control is the opposite of change which is a movement and there must be movement in order for there to be health. We must move through times of difficulty by allowing it to pass. This is why our interpretation of a feeling is called an eMOTION. There is no threat present when you are simply having a feeling when it is merely a sensation. It’s the interpretation of it that creates human drama. Like all things, it will recede if you allow it to express itself fully.

This too shall pass!

This is the true function of comparison in society and how we define culture which shapes our moralistic outlook on consensual purpose. We relate to each other so that we can witness the effects of our behaviour on one another and to test the sustainability of our creations in order to make adjustments. In order to make adjustments though, we must face our failures and embrace the unknown. Most importantly, we must remember to be gentle with ourselves and others as it will take time for the cultivation of this new intention to rise…

It will rise.

And so it is!

Half-Assin’ It & The End of Jobs

If you really open up your eyes you can see how things are getting done in a half-assed manner in every aspect of our world. We currently lack integrity. This is why there is soo much exposure, revealing the treacherous fawkery that is afoot.

You cheat yourself too and you know it. Sometimes you don’t out of your own ignorance, laziness or lack of education. We all do. Cutting corners. In the end, the life support systems are collapsing due to this fact. We’d rather not take the time to fully digest, dissect and learn how to facilitate change. Instead, we reach for the comfort of what is known out of fear.

But a great uprooting is happening revealing our laziness that we are all responsible for.

We’re swimming in our own dirty water just like those people on that cruise liner. Literally. We have yachts with swimming pools that accommodate thousands. Think of the excessive self indulgence this represents… to float something in the middle of the ocean and put your own body of water on it. Those people deserve to swim in their own shit. A reality check. They’re lucky they even got those cucumber sandwiches too while others dig from dumpsters. They even got free alcohol I heard. How lovely… thousands of fat, over-endulged white people now drunk, floating around the ocean in their own feces along with the trash they created that is piling up in the pacific.

This is the best we can do apparently.

Children are starving and yet our focus is on the sexual preferences of others and whether or not we can use guns to apparently defend ourselves from the government.

How can you tell someone who they can love?
How can you throw someone in jail for a substance that affects their own body?
How can you censor any form of media?

Change the fawkin station if you don’t like it… you have that freedom, the lil freedom left that you allow yourself to receive from the government you self appointed.

Control your emotions! Be comfortable and sit with the feelings presented to you before you generate a story based on consensual pretenses and assumptions. You don’t have to react to everything. You are only responsible for yourself and you will never know anyone else’s story so focus on you!

The large part of my frustration lies in the ignorance of the majority, dictating how we should tell our story. An environment that is non-conducive to change makes it very hard for me to navigate when my intention is to make progress by presenting new systems, new ways of being.

I don’t need your way of government. I never identified with it. Politics can Teabag my Left-Wing nutsack! I believe in the free will of all sentient beings. Simple.

Go outside. Start changing your mind and stop working all the time. Create a new system, a template for new understanding, a plan that serves you so you can take care of your own health before you start poppin’ out units every 9 months only so tax payers can foot the bill cuz your kid ate only Hot Cheetos every day for 13 years!

These horrible truths indicate failed constructs that have many civil and social implications as well. We are marginalizing our unique divinity for some old farts who wanna kill people overseas who you never met… and you pay for it! It’s all ritual. Sending our children off to die as a sacrifice and I’m expected to support that too? Fawk your colored ribbon!

The death of the ole’ is the birth of anew! And so it is! A way of being is arising that needs room to propagate. So I say, let it crash! Let all this shit  burn down. I want it all to crumble for the sake of making space!

Although I generally keeps things positive, I am also human and have difficulty. Remember, none of us were born here with instructions so be gentle to yourself and others! But a lot of this blissed-out “new-age” energy jargon solicited as “healing” for the advancement of our consciousness may also be a form of constriction. As long as we are healing, we are keeping ourselves from doing our work. One doesn’t have to be concerned with decalcifying their pineal gland or tuning their Chakras in order to elevate their consciousness through meditation. Just sit and wait! It also helps to eat healthy and exercise:) Most importantly, one must move from healing into creativity so stop telling others to “wake up” and get to work!

True healing is increased awareness of what is. Owning up to what you created. All of it! In order to attain a clear perspective, you have to see your own failures and redeem yourself by correcting your behavior and becoming right-minded.

Human beings have a tendency to over-complicate things in order to validate their process so they can feel better about themselves. The shadow self is saying “I want to be accepted by the whole”. Deep down inside though, most people don’t trust themselves and so, they hesitate and do a shitty job.

Everyone feels, at some point in their life…
“How would I be judged if they knew what I truly believe?”
“What if I acted upon it?”

Well that is all coming out now. This is the function of the current global exposure through social media engagement. We are developing a universal state a trust – the pre-requisite to a resource economy.

The end of “Jobs”.

What would you do if you didn’t have to work for money?
How would you use your time?
Do your answers determine your value (worth) or morals?

What is the difference between value and morality I ask you?
I say value represents itself as a sustainable concept or structure that yields positive, tangible and/or measurable results whereas morality is based on a consensus agreement and if you don’t fit the models adopted by the majority, you’re fawked.

When you ask yourself, “How would I live in a world without money?” Does the interpretation of your answer originate through your own perception or is it highly influenced by your self-appointed superiors and the media corporatocracy?

Does your religion or the traditions you maintain hinder your ability to grow and expand your awareness of the bounty that is available to you simply because this is what you’ve always known through conditioning?

How grounded are you to the reality of the present moment?
How do you feel about what you’ve created versus what “The Other” thinks of it?

Money is old paradigm. Prove your worth with your actions.
Believe in what you stand for and fawkin do it.
Fighting for permission for anything is old paradigm.
Apologizing is old paradigm.
Suggestions given and accusations of you is just data and requires no action.
Know yourself, take responsibility for yourself and do better next time.

In the interim, wake up and smell the shit!

The Decision To Stay

Every moment is a decision being made and infinite moments are perpetually unfolding.

We never own anything in this life. We surely don’t own people. We only share experiences with each other as we choose, if we continue to choose, moment by moment.

I want there to be freedom for you, with or without me in your life. If you like, you may share your time with me for as long as you choose.

Your ability to choose is your freedom and I cannot take that away from you. This is your free will. Your decision to choose is your responsibility and has nothing to do with me.

Relationship is the art of staying. Your partner presents a challenge. Those parts of you that once remained hidden will now be exposed by your partner.

When you agree to stay, you are agreeing to the challenge. Agreeing to stay is how you succeed in the challenge.

The coupling of two souls forms a coherent bond. Through felt communication there can be resonance between two minds.

Fully open in their disposition, two people accepting each other unconditionally is the definition of love.

Truth Resides In The Negative Space

Life is a movement and in order for movement to be possible, there must be something to move relative to i.e. the General Laws of Relativity. This is the polarity process of opposites (+ & -, Yin Yang) that seek to attain unity with Source.

There must be movement in order for there to be health!

The expression of our being is an expansion of positive forces that arise out of the void. When being ceases to be we return back to the void. This retractive, negative pull is evident in the many machinations of the human experience.

“In Tao the only motion is returning;
The only useful quality, weakness.
For though all creatures under heaven are the products of Being,
Being itself is the product of Not-being.”

Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching

All of the archetypal constructs in the physical reality, referred to as “The Land of 10,000 Things” by Lao Tzu, are bound into existence through consensual mind-energy which is essentially a waveform expression.

A waveform represents both an “On” and “Off” state in each cycle of completion. The initial pulsation emanates from source at a rate of velocity until it reaches terminal velocity. Where the signal rests is the physical manifest. Also referred to as “surface tension”, this represents the boundary of all things.

What’s inside the skin is yours, what’s outside is not.

The positive charge is your intention – a temporal holding pattern that inevitably collapses in on itself and returns to the void. This is the negative or “Off” state that completes the cycle and is necessary for life to continue.

This too shall pass!

The action of return is evident in your own personal reality as relationships come and go as well as jobs, interests, the breath you take and eventually the physical body your Spirit (energy) resides in temporarily.

The masculine (Yang) force goes out and does the work (rectilinear energy) but always returns back to the woman (radial energy) who represents the recessive Yin force.

Learning how to recede from that which does not serve your purpose to maintain your inner peace allows you to move through physio-emotional events more readily instead of getting stuck in judgement.

When we allow ourselves to collapse into the unknown we embrace our fears so in a sense, facing the negative aspects of our life increases awareness of our true nature which is the ability to change!

The Dreamer

I get on with life
as a dreamer
In thoughtful ways

Travelling in time
as I move through space

The stars hold
a mystery
An elusive dichotomy

Transcending me to
Celestial reality

Endless possibilities
in the stillness
I see

Where anything was
has yet to be

Coming as I go
Arriving is to flee

Infinitely flowing
is the essence of my being

In reference to the Mayan calendar end date of December 21st, 2012. From a shifted perspective, the focus is on the nature of collapse. How will we choose to re-direct our evolution? Are we capable of embracing a higher consciousness? What can we learn by facing our fears in this time of collapse?

I would love to hear your insights!
